I think a leader is born. The best important thing for a leader is his character. A leader must be reaponsible and do things for the member. A character is not made, it is decided when you are born or childhood. So, a leader is born.

I think that a leader must be cool and do something for the member of him. A leader is the top of the group, so he cannot decide wrong thing. He will finally decide the rule of the group. He must be cool to decide an important thing and always do it for the group.

To become, and act as a leader will be so difficult. But I think if little folk try hard to be leaders, some of them can become a leader.
